Shooting data: 7D, 300 2.8, 1.4TC, ISO400.

Whilst waiting for buzzards last week, in vain, I had a very brief chance to shoot two roe deer charging over the fields after being spooked by something. The 7D AF performed brillianty.

Great capture of one of my favourite mammals. I don't think I remember ever seeing shot of a running Roe Deer before. I've tried it but normally you can't follow them because of trees. Very good composition and I agree with Adam that the other deer really adds to the image. I love the snow being thrown up to because it gives a real sense of speed. The AF certainly nailed the focus on that one.

Great image, agree that the oof deer really adds to the image & you do get a real sense of the movement.

stunning, shot straight on, man I would love to see this is vertical format. That second roe really adds to the shot giving it even more speed and they are free from each other.
